The fixed scenario performs one list read, identical-key replay and an out-of-scope block. One globally claimed run; persistent SQLite and durable restart-safe claim. No model call; Akash public fictional API only when operator-configured. Server policy is preconfigured; this is a public fictional demo, not production human authentication.
